Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for most typical issues.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care when life circumstances change.
Remote sessions also expand access to licensed professionals for people who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments. Clients work with licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, it is possible to switch therapists.
