Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have worked for 20+ years in the field of counseling. My experience is mainly focused on substance abuse issues, related trauma, and the mental health problems that often co-exist. I am a holistic provider, which means that I see the person wholly, mind, body, spirit, and seek to help clients experience themselves wholly. Problems do not occur in a vacuum. Without this holistic perspective, it is easy to focus on one thing, but neglect the core issue driving that “one thing.” My approach is one of “partnering” with the client. Not leading, not following, but walking with you as you rediscover your true self, and then seek to find internal balance which leads to a more productive and fulfilled lifestyle. I consider it a great privilege when someone trusts me enough to share at the level necessary to effect life changes, and I believe that confidentiality is the bedrock of therapy.

Dolores Walker has provided counseling for 20 years, concentrating primarily on substance abuse, the trauma connected to it, and the mental health concerns that commonly coexist with addiction. She views each person holistically – attending to mind, body, and spirit – and works to help individuals experience themselves in a more integrated, whole way.
Her practice is collaborative in nature; she partners with clients rather than directing or following, walking alongside them as they rediscover their true self and pursue internal balance that supports a more productive and fulfilled life. She regards it as a privilege when someone trusts her with the level of disclosure needed to create meaningful change, and she holds confidentiality as the foundation of effective therapy.
Dolores is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado and brings two decades of experience to her therapeutic work.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access support from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone prefers a different therapeutic match, they can switch therapists at any time to find a better fit.
