Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
We are living in a fast-paced, stressful world now. Many of us have learned to get on with life, even through the difficult times. I can understand the hesitations one might have to talk about those times and make the decision to seek support through counselling.
I am a naturally warm, non-judgemental and caring counsellor and will listen carefully to what may trouble you and support you to move towards personal growth and change. We would work at your own pace on issues you would choose in a safe and confidential space.
I can work flexibly with you according to your needs and circumstances upon request. I have so far five years of professional experience working in mental health services and three of these years of successful counselling work with adults and young people.
How I work – in a person-centred and relational way where the relationship between me as a therapist and you as the client is of the utmost importance. You will be valued and seen by me as a whole person. At times I can draw on other theories such as solution-focused and psychodynamic theories to link what you may be feeling and issues in the present with events and feelings from the past and from childhood. My work is to be your support alongside you on this chosen journey of yours to growth and fulfilment in life.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to connect in the way that feels most comfortable.
Therapy is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical way to start or continue their mental health journey.
