My approach involves empathic listening over a series of non-judgemental sessions whilst creating a safe space for expression and exploration of options to enhance well being and quality of life. I use psychodynamic principles and Gestalt elements to enhance treatment sessions and provide you with the tools to adjust and address the issues that are troubling you.
