Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that fits their needs and schedule: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can offer a practical, evidence-supported option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns while accommodating personal preferences for how to engage in care.
