Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and Doctor of Counselor Education and Supervision, licensed in Missouri with over 12 years of experience working in clinical practice. I have worked with clients who have experienced a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, couples and relationship issues, parenting problems, motivation, focus, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also worked with many people who have experienced past or present trauma and abuse (PTSD, severe depression/anxiety), and have received specialized training in couples / relationship therapy (Gottman Clinical Certifications Level I and II).
My therapy style is warm and interactive, helping you to become empowered in your own success with my guidance. I believe in treating everyone with respect, cultural and spiritual sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe there is any place in psychotherapy for judgment; I hold a high regard for unconditional positive regard, whatever your presenting issues are. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, and solutions-focused therapeutic interventions and treatment plans. Each of my clients is unique, despite the diagnosis. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, including psychoeducation and empathy.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you!
