Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, evidence suggests online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
Flexibility is a major advantage. Sessions can happen in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging, making it easier to weave therapy into everyday life.
Care is delivered by licensed professionals, and if the match is not quite right, it is possible to switch to a different therapist at any time to find a better fit.
