Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome!
You don’t have to suffer alone or in silence.
If you have been wondering for a while if talking to a professional might help you have come to the right place. It is likely, if you are here, that you are looking for someone to talk to who can support you through an emotional challenge or problem you have right now in your life with understanding, kindness and compassion. Somebody who will listen to you without judgement or criticism, helping you to bring a deeper understanding to issues that are troubling you.
We live in a world full of challenges, especially in these times, and you may be finding yourself feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed by it all.
You might find it hard getting out of bed in the morning or you might feel like you are walking through life with a dark cloud over your head or just feeling overwhelmed by the constant grind of life. Maybe you are just feeling stuck in life, at work or in love or just going through the motions at the moment. You might know there is a happier and more fulfilled person inside of you, but you don’t know how to reach her. You are aware that deep down something is not right and that there must be more to life than this.
I offer you a safe and confidential space where you can talk about your fears and anxieties and explore ways to overcome any difficulties and struggles you might be experiencing. Sometimes it can make all the difference to talk to someone who you can trust and who will meet you with kindness and acceptance of who you are, no matter what state you are in right now.
My approach is founded on the principle of psychosynthesis which sees our problems not just as difficulties to be overcome but also focuses on the potential we all have to live a rich and fulfilling life connected to a deep place inside us. It is an integrative approach, drawing on a range of theoretical models and ways of working which can be adapted to your needs and what work best for you.
I invite you to use this private and safe space to share anything that concerns you without feeling guilty that you might be ‘burdening’ your loved ones with your situation. I offer you emotional warmth and listen to you with empathy and acceptance. I will hold the space for you to explore what is troubling you and to move forward to a place of more inner peace and well-being. I always try working in a natural way establishing mutual trust and encouraging connection.
I am a Qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor and member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) and I am fully trained Coach following ICF guidelines. Originally, I was trained as an educator and worked extensively with parents and children. In both roles I gathered deep knowledge in human development which supports me in being with you in different stages of your life. Throughout my professional experience I have helped many people improve their well-being, manage their emotions and, ultimately, and find increasing joy and happiness in their lives.
I invite you to have one session with me before making a commitment. This will give us an opportunity to get a sense if I am the right person for you and for me to see what you need and how I am might be able to help you.

Diana Becker offers empathic therapy and coaching to people coping with stress, anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, addictions, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related concerns, parenting and career challenges, depression, and life transitions.
With ten years of experience working in the United Kingdom, she provides a calm, nonjudgemental space where people can talk through what is troubling them and explore practical ways to feel better. She understands how overwhelming life can feel – from struggling to get out of bed to feeling stuck at work or in relationships – and she meets each person with warmth and acceptance.
Her practice is grounded in psychosynthesis, a perspective that treats problems as opportunities for growth and emphasises the potential people have to live a fuller, more connected life. She uses an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and techniques that are adapted to what works best for each individual.
Diana brings additional insight from her original training as an educator and her extensive work with parents and children, which contributes to a strong understanding of human development across different life stages. She is a Qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) – the professional body for behavioural and cognitive psychotherapists – and she is a fully trained coach who follows ICF guidelines.
She invites prospective clients to try one session first to see if she is the right fit. That meeting helps both parties understand needs and decide how to move forward toward greater inner peace and wellbeing.
