We all experience stress in life, complications in relationships, confusion with goals and desires, Uncertainty about the future and decisions that we have made can make us lose touch with who we are and what makes us truly fulfilled and happy. Traumatic events from the past can cloud that vision even more. We can work together to gain insight into who you truly are and how you can create the life you want. Whatever reasons you may have for reaching out at this moment, I am ready to work with you as part of a collaborative relationship in which you will be respected, supported, and free to express your feelings and talk about anything without fear of judgment. I will actively listen and help guide you in identifying personal gifts, abilities, and resources you possess. Together we can effectively meet your needs and goals.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or managing life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions work well for a wide range of issues and can support meaningful progress.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to keep therapy consistent around work, family, and other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy remove barriers to getting help and make ongoing care more attainable.
