Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi,
My name is Debbie. I am credentialed in Australia with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, binge eating or emotional eating, self-esteem, and confidence.
I predominately work from a solution focused narrative approach in sessions, as over the years, working with hundreds of clients, I have found this to be a very successful therapeutic approach for helping clients create the changes that they are seeking from our time together.
However, if you would like to dive deeper, I am trained in Internal Family Systems which I have found can create deep inner change and healing. I am also a certified trauma therapist.
Whether you are working towards personal growth and insight, deep inner healing or symptom relief and improved function, I will aim to create an open and safe environment where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or to access support from a distance.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if you decide the fit is not right you can switch to a different therapist. Online therapy can therefore provide both effective care and practical convenience as you work toward your goals.
