Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you struggling with low self esteem, anxiety or depression and struggling to recognise your own worth? If so I’d love to offer you a space where you can begin to share your experiences without fear of judgment, expectation or pressure to be anything other than your natural self. My goal is to help you feel as safe, supported and comfortable as possible in our sessions, so we can begin to explore the origins of any difficulties you may be experiencing and find ways to empower and support you moving forwards.
My approach is sensitive, compassionate and intuitive, drawing on my experience in Reiki and Hypnotherapy and often focusing on how we can foster self acceptance through nurturing care and understanding. I may also encourage meditative and mindful practice if helpful to you and enjoy supporting people to regulate their nervous systems through guided imagery and breath work.
I appreciate reaching out for support can be really intimidating and undoubtably it takes a great deal of courage to take that first step! If you would like to test the water and see if it feels right for you, you are very welcome to message and ask any questions in advance.
I am licensed in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes alongside many other areas. I really believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship as a healing tool in itself, and wish above all to support my clients to feel safe, valued and deeply understood. I respect and honour the wisdom and experience my clients bring and recognise you are the expert when it comes to your life’s journey though I may also offer my own perspectives and insights where they are welcomed.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their life, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend regular sessions and keep therapy consistent.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
