Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Oklahoma with 35 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with life changes, & executive and professional coaching. I believe as a therapist it is important to be very interactive with my clients and offer an environment that is safe and conducive to sharing information openly.
I regularly practice mindfulness meditation and encourage my clients to engage in said practice as part of our work together when possible. I have found it to be personally significant in my life and the practice has much to offer for all ages. In October 2024 I moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand in order to continue my training in mindfulness. I have been to Thailand many times and practiced my meditation skills in a variety of settings such as Buddhist monastery’s and various workshop opportunities. I believe this environment gives me the time and skills to provide the best possible services to the clients that I serve

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions work well for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging are all common options. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain regular appointments and to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist available through these services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy expands access while preserving the same standards of professional care that apply to in-person work.
