David Francis is a fully qualified and established integrative therapist, holding a counselling diploma (couns (dip)) and MBCAP, and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
He works in an integrative way, having studied several approaches including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, REBT and Psychoanalytical methods, and applies whichever approach will be most helpful in the work they do together. He offers a confidential and private workspace for face-to-face and online sessions, and also provides telephone sessions.
David provides a safe, non-judgemental environment where people are welcome to bring any personal challenges to explore at their own pace. He has experience supporting clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence and depression, and he can assist those coping with life changes.
Reaching out for help can feel difficult, but David believes therapy can support a deeper awareness and understanding of self and contribute to a happier, more fulfilled life.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One of the main benefits is flexibility - clients can choose the mode of contact that fits their life best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to keep therapy consistent alongside other commitments.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to access support for everyday mental health concerns.
