Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a BACP-accredited therapist with several years’ experience working with both individuals and couples in private practice and online settings. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models including person-centred and process-oriented therapy, CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic approaches, movement and art therapy, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I tailor my approach to suit the needs of each person I work with.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or in conflict, my aim is to offer a warm, respectful, and supportive space where we can explore what’s happening and find a way forward that feels real and meaningful for you.
I work relationally, this means I pay close attention to what’s happening not just within you, but also between you and others, including here in the therapeutic space. I believe healing and insight come not just from talking, but from being genuinely met and understood.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, grief, relational difficulties, trauma, addiction, disconnection, and life transitions. I also support couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, emotional distancing, or uncertainty about the future of their relationship.
Beginning therapy can bring a lot to the surface, that’s completely natural. I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate space as we find a way forward together.
