Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist credentialed in the United Kingdom with 4 years of Clinical experience. During this time I’ve helped Clients with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, & relationship issues. I have experience working with Clients between the ages of 18 to 80 years old, presenting with an variety of concerns, difficulties and trauma. Some of which involve eating disorders, parental difficulties, abuse and grief.
I began my journey through to counsellor from working in the Emergency Services where I have 8 years of work experience. I then transitioned to the Samaritans before qualifying as a Counsellor.
My approach to Counselling is grounded in authenticity, genuineness and above all, empathic listening. I aim to provide an approachable, comfortable and non-judgemental space where you can experience the opportunity to freely express your thoughts, feelings and emotions. My primary qualification is Humanistic and Person Centred. Where appropriate, I also incorporate elements of Psychodynamic approaches.
Let’s acknowledge that seeking help can sometimes be a tough experience. However, it’s within the space of that first step that demonstrates something courageous within yourself. If you’re looking for more fulfilment in life and feel ready to take that first step, then I’m here to walk beside you and support you in that journey.
If you’re interested in working together, then I look forward to meeting you 🙂

Daniel Day is a therapist credentialed in the United Kingdom with 4 years of clinical experience. Over that time he has worked with people presenting with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions and relationship difficulties.
He has supported clients aged 18 to 80 who have brought a wide range of concerns, including eating disorders, parental difficulties, experiences of abuse and grief. He is an older, male therapist who works from a non-religious stance.
Before qualifying as a Counsellor, Daniel spent 8 years working in the Emergency Services and then moved on to work with the Samaritans. That background informs his practical understanding of crisis and emotional distress.
Daniel’s practice is grounded in authenticity, genuineness and empathic listening. He aims to offer an approachable, comfortable and non-judgemental space where people can express thoughts, feelings and emotions openly. His primary training is in Humanistic and Person Centred approaches – which focus on the person’s experience and self-directed growth – and he also draws on psychodynamic ideas where they are helpful.
He recognises that seeking help can feel difficult and sees the first step as a demonstration of courage. When someone is ready for more fulfilment in life, he offers to walk alongside them and provide support. He looks forward to meeting clients.
Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers. People can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist. Online therapy can therefore be a practical, adaptable option for many seeking support.
