Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! Welcome to exploring yourself on another level. I am sure you are searching for the right counselor for you. It is important to take some time and explore your options. I, too, did that when seeking options to provide online counseling services. I will share a bit about myself so you can decide if I am the right fit for your needs.
First, I believe everyone can benefit from therapy! I believe we all have the opportunity to learn and grow at all phases our of lives.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Additions Professional living and working in Florida. I have been working in the mental health and substance use community in different capacities since 2006. I finished my Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of South Florida in 2006 and immediately started working in the field. I completed my Master’s of Science in 2008 from Troy University. I followed that by completing my Certified Addiction Professional credential in 2011 and my Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2015. In that time, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and substance use disorders. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines motivational interviewing skills, cognitive-behavioral with the goal of creating solutions for life’s challenges. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the key benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions regularly and to integrate therapy into a busy routine.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they want a better fit. For many individuals looking for convenient, evidence-informed support for everyday mental health needs, online therapy can be a practical and effective choice.
