I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with people experiencing marital conflict, anxiety, blended family issues, aging and more. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. Personally, I am a Christian and believe that true change comes from God.
