Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
I am an LCSW licensed in Oregon, living in Washington state and have over 20 years of experience in the field including 7+ of direct clinical work with children, youth and families and many years of experience supervising clinicians and overseeing counseling programs. Throughout my career I’ve been known for my strengths-based approach and have a laid back approach in counseling. I believe some humor can be healing even in our darkest moments and we can grow when we are willing to be vulnerable and really let ourselves be seen.
I’d welcome the chance to learn more about you and see if we might be a good fit to get some good work done together.

Courtney Towne is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Oregon who brings more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including over seven years of direct clinical work with children, youth, and families. She also has many years of experience supervising other clinicians and managing counseling programs.
Courtney uses a strengths-based, approachable style in therapy and maintains a relaxed, down-to-earth presence in sessions. She values the healing power of humor even during difficult times and believes meaningful growth happens when people allow themselves to be vulnerable and genuinely seen.
She lives in Washington state and welcomes the opportunity to learn about each person she works with to determine whether they might be a good fit to do meaningful therapeutic work together.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practice have shown that remote therapy works well for these everyday struggles and can support meaningful progress.
A major benefit of remote sessions is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a different fit. For many, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to address common mental health and life concerns.
