Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me
My Name is Connie Champion. I am very passionate about my work as I love to see clients reach their personal goals. My methodology is to use solution focused therapy to support clients in making positive changes. Solution focus is a future-oriented, goal-directed approach to assist in solving problems in our daily lives through use of strengths, skills, readily available resources, and coping tools; a technique I try to utilize in myself. I am fond of this therapy because change is a constantly evolving concept that should always be considered within one’s reach. Those who seek help inherently want change and clients are experts of the change they are seeking. My approach utilizes a steady source of positive motivation rooted in highly organized planning tailored to my client’s specific needs. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples ranging in ages from 6-65. In the last 10 years, I have narrowed down my therapeutic style to match my own personality while leaving the door open to additional honing which my education and work experiences consistently provide opportunities for.

Connie Champion is a Wisconsin-based therapist with 24 years of experience helping people reach meaningful, achievable goals. She favors a solution-focused approach that looks ahead – a future-oriented, goal-directed method that draws on a person’s strengths, existing skills, available resources, and practical coping tools to support change.
Connie believes change is attainable and that those who seek help are the experts in the changes they want to make. Her work combines steady positive motivation with organized, tailored planning to meet each client’s specific needs. Over the past decade she has refined her therapeutic style to align with her personality while continuing to learn through ongoing education and professional roles.
She has extensive experience with individuals and couples across a wide age range, working with clients from about 6 to 65 years old. Her practice includes areas such as stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, self-esteem, coping with life changes, relationship and family issues, trauma and abuse, grief, eating and sleeping disorders, parenting and career challenges, mood disorders including bipolar and depression, compassion fatigue, and ADHD.
Connie holds licensure to practice as a professional counselor in Wisconsin, a credential that reflects her state-level approval to provide mental health services (WI LPC 7622-125). Her clinical background and long-term commitment to solution-focused, strengths-based work inform a practical, supportive approach to therapy.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience suggest that remote counseling works well for these types of issues for a large number of people.
One major advantage of remote therapy is convenience. Clients can choose the format that best suits their situation and comfort level, whether that means video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change providers if they wish to find a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to pursue mental health goals without sacrificing the quality of care.
