Therapy can be intimidating and opening up to stranger can be difficult, which is why I feel that building trust from the beginning is important. I will take the time to listen, and treat you with respect while at the same time challenge you to help you achieve your goals. I really enjoy helping people and I hope I can help you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can choose the format that works best for you, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers if they decide they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a convenient, effective option for many common mental health and relationship concerns.
