Known for a genuine, caring and non-judgmental stance, she aims to build a strong therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful change.
Dr. George works with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, intimacy issues, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, eating problems, parenting challenges, anger, low self-esteem, career transitions and coping with life changes. In couples work she focuses on improving communication and mutual understanding; with individual clients she supports increased self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-empowerment. She also offers coaching for personal and professional goals and provides support for mood disorders such as depression and anxiety to help improve everyday functioning.
Based in the United Kingdom, Dr. George remains committed to helping people achieve their goals through compassionate, evidence-informed care. She invites those seeking support to consider beginning the therapeutic journey with her and looks forward to working together.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
A major advantage of remote sessions is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life and comfort level - by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging - making it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many people, virtual therapy provides a practical, accessible way to address emotional and relational challenges and to work toward meaningful change.
