Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility - clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the way of working that suits individual preferences.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
