Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe that everyone has the ability to improve and to enhance their sense of hope, peace, wellbeing and balance in life. It is my privilege to work collaboratively in a nonjudgemental and accepting space to support and empower individuals in the process of personal exploration and development. Through the consideration of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, responses and inner dialogue we can work together to improve your current state.
My approach to therapy draws on a variety of Cognitive Behavior Therapy approaches with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have received training directly from Albert Ellis, the founder of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. I have had training in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory directly from William Glasser, founder of Reality Therapy and Choice Theory.
Over 20 years of working with people has taught me that the most important goal is to provide you with the tools and strategies to help you help yourself. Together we can help you to make the changes you want to make no matter what your current starting point is. Let’s start a conversation and get the journey underway.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to access regular support without major schedule disruptions.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different fit. For many individuals, these features make online therapy a practical and effective way to engage in mental health work.
