Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As you know, sometimes life is overwhelming, resulting in feelings of grief, anxiety, anger, or fatigue. It can sap your motivation or leave you with thoughts of defeat and being stuck. I am here to gently help you find your way back, to reclaim your life and keep moving forward.
My practice is based on the knowledge that we are all holistic beings with physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, dynamically woven together to produce the unique individuals we are. I am certified in Interactive Guided Imagery (sm) and Thought Field Therapy, and have additional training in behavioral nutrition, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR ), and NeuroModulation Technique therapy. I work primarily with adults (both men and women) on issues of grief and loss, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and motivation.
When we work together, we will do more than just “talk.” We will work with the resources you already have but may not know how to access, and develop a few new tools in the process. I look forward to meeting you soon.
