Hello,
My name is Christina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota. I graduated from Regis University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My career has been focused on helping improve the overall wellbeing of those that struggle with their mental health and/or addictions. Some of my specialties include: depression, anxiety, time management, trauma/abuse, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and anger.
My approach is holistic because of each person’s unique story and their journey of healing. I incorporate person-centered, solution-focused, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out and ask for help/guidance. I applaud you for taking these first steps and hope that we can work together soon!

Many people wonder whether online therapy makes a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can meet with a therapist by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – choosing the format that best fits their comfort level and schedule. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into daily life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
