Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a warm, compassionate BACP registered counsellor in the UK with over 12 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges across healthcare, education, and community settings. Working primarily from a person-centred approach, I integrate CBT techniques, solution-focused practice, creative therapies, and trauma-informed care to meet each client’s unique needs. Currently supporting students within a college environment, I have particular experience with young people (14+), neurodivergent individuals, and those who have experienced trauma. I hold a BA Honours degree in Counselling, Coaching & Mentoring and also a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling with over 400 hours of supervised practice. My background is in mental health nursing, family support work/Safeguarding, and crisis intervention. I have a special interest in neurodiversity and am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that honour their strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Above all, I’m dedicated to creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where you can feel truly heard and understood, helping you build resilience and confidence as we work together at your own pace toward positive change.
