Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma, and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I work in a person-centered way, making sure my focus is always on my client’s needs. I offer a non-judgemental service in which I aim to empower my clients to find themselves through therapy.
I have a lot of experience working with severe trauma and drug and alcohol addiction. After completing my degree in counseling and psychotherapy, I studied for a Master’s in Psychology, however, I believe that certificates and degrees do not make a good therapist. I believe that being human and having understanding, warmth, and compassion are more important and I honestly believe I can offer all of these things, as well as having a wealth of knowledge in my area.
I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to signing up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person work.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they are typically able to switch to another therapist. Online therapy can be a practical and effective option for many people seeking support.
