She also has experience specifically supporting people living with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, and life transitions.
Clinically, Chelsea typically uses cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, and she holds certifications in Nurturing Parenting and Trauma-Focused CBT. She is licensed to practice as an independent clinical social worker in South Carolina, credentialed as SC LISW-CP 14503, and approaches care with compassion and a focus on empowering clients to reach their goals.
