I am a mental health counselor licensed in Mississippi with over 6 years of experience working as a crisis therapist for both youth and their families. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflict, ADHD, ODD, DMDD, PTSD in youth, and parenting skills. I have worked with survivors of abuse and their families.
My counseling style is interactive, conversational, and opening. I am continually seeking continuing education in order to become trained in new therapies to bring these new skills to the people I serve. I believe in an individualized approach to treatment, and I will make sure every treatment plan is individualized to meet your own specific needs.

Recognizing that beginning therapy can feel challenging, Charsie aims to support and empower those who take that first step. She holds professional counseling licenses and credentials (NM LPCC CTB-2024-0478, MS LPC 2437) and is committed to accompanying clients as they move forward in their lives.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage of online care is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that fits their needs and schedule best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Online services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
