Hello, everyone, my name is Chuck. I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. I have a bachelors degree in psychology, a masters degree in social work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
For the past twenty years, I have been in private practice helping individuals with a wide variety of needs. I have worked extensively with individuals with serious clinical disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and ADHD. In addition, I have had the pleasure of helping people who struggle with the stressors of everyday life such as family, relationship, career, self-esteem, parenting, and life-stage issues.
I have learned over the years that the most important thing in working with people in unquestionably the relationship. I would describe my counseling style as very warm, collaborative and personal. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for many individuals.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their needs and schedule, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistent care alongside work, family, and other commitments.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different approach or clinician is preferred, it is possible to switch to find a better fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical option for addressing common mental health and life concerns.
