Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified and licensed counsellor based in the United Kingdom, bringing over nine years of professional experience to my practice.
As an integrative counsellor, I combine the principles of psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to offer a tailored and holistic approach to each individual I work with.
Throughout my career, I have supported a wide range of clients — including children, young people, and adults — navigating emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. I have extensive experience working with individuals living with learning and physical disabilities, as well as those experiencing complex mental health issues. My particular focus has been on supporting adults dealing with a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem.
In addition to my core practice, I am a trained bereavement counsellor and volunteered for four years with a dedicated bereavement counselling agency. During this time, I supported individuals coping with grief and loss, helping them to explore their emotions and develop effective, personalised coping strategies.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe in walking alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and positive change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for resilience and transformation.
I am truly passionate about the work I do and am dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health, build emotional strength, and live more fulfilled

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that suits you best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different match they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective route to support and personal progress.
