Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M San Antonio in 2018. I have worked closely with people dealing with a range of issues including career problems, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, self love, and relationship issues. I have also worked with people leaving correctional facilities to prepare for transitioning back to family life.
My style is more of a realistic and calming atmosphere. I do not believe in judging people based on their race, economic status, or past. I believe that everyone is placed on this earth for a reason and I would love to help you find your purpose and thrive in your daily life. I do not believe in giving false hope to clients. I prefer to offer realistic, therapeutic, guidance that caters to each individual I have the opportunity to work with.
We all have difficult points in our lives but we can overcome! I am here to support you through your life journey!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that, for these typical issues, virtual care often delivers comparable outcomes.
One major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that best fits their needs and comfort – whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if a client feels a different therapeutic fit would be better, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time. Online therapy provides a convenient way to access professional support while maintaining options for the style and pace of care that work best for each person.
