Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Everyone already has the map to their destination, and I’m here to help with directions. We’ll work together to determine which tools and approaches are best suited to your unique circumstances, outlook, and style of thinking. Before working as a therapist, I spent seven years in a nursing home and sub-acute rehab setting. This experience has given me a strong working knowledge of mental health medications and common chronic medical conditions and the challenges they bring. I’ve also enjoyed working in after school programs and especially connect with grade schoolers and teens who are navigating struggles in school or in life.
My therapeutic style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. My areas of focus include mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, impulse control disorders, and substance use/addiction concerns. I also have expertise working with those suffering from caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue.
The relationship is the most important part of the process, so I strive to be approachable and unconditionally supportive. When the time is right, I bring a bit of humor to our work. I would love the opportunity to get to know you better!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
