My practice will often use Christian principles for growth, renewal and self-awareness.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support.
