Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a personable, dedicated, and genuine Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 combined years of experience as a social worker and life coach. My experience includes working with clients with a vast range of concerns such as: depression and anxiety, relationship and family conflict, stress management, ADHD, parenting problems, career challenges, intimate-partner violence, and emotional, physical, or sexual abuse and trauma. In addition, I have experience working with people who are having to face the difficult decision to place their elderly relative into short and long-term care facilities, people facing homelessness or displacement, and having suicidal ideation.
My belief is that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. In every work environment that I have worked from schools, to governmental agencies, to psychiatric hospital settings, to private practice, I make a conscience effort to show not only compassion and warmth, but also a respect and genuine rapport with my clientele. Throughout the years, I have learned that it is not enough to simply treat people the way that you would want to be treated, but to treat them the way that they want to be treated as well.
My therapeutic approach is integrative drawing from Gestalt, Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal, and Systems Theory. Of utmost importance to me is to meet you where you are to determine which treatment modality fits best for your specific needs. Whether you are in constant conflict at home with family, having challenges at work or with a child, just adopted a child or are a foster parent who needs additional support, are having relationship or financial problems that increases your stress levels-making it more difficult to function, I would like to partner with you to help you meet the goals that you would like to achieve.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for many individuals.
A key benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – you can connect in the way that best fits your life, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals offer care through these remote options, and clients can change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides practical access to skilled therapists while supporting progress on common mental health and life concerns.
