My expertise when working with adults include helping clients improve self esteem and self worth , reduce loneliness and isolation, recover from abandonment and breakup trauma, reduce depression, anxiety, and procrastination, set and achieve realistic goals that add purpose and meaning to life, learn healthy communication to apply at home, with friends and with coworkers.
I approach counseling as a collaborative process in which the client and I will be able to establish a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship.
