Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello ! I am glad you are reaching out for support. It is my belief that most people have the ability to grow and build on their own strengths; however, at times, need empowerment and encouragement. My goal is to help you work on and accomplish your goals, regardless of how big or how small they may be.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Texas and I received my Master’s from Texas Woman’s University. My approach to working with individuals includes a collaborative approach where solutions, instead of problems, are the focus. I believe that one of the main goals is to give clients the tools and skills they need to make positive changes in their lives.
I would consider my counseling style as integrative, as I like to pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as C.B.T., solution-focused, mindfulness, importance of wellness (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, occupational), etc.
My clients tell me they feel comfortable working with me and appreciate that our sessions are productive.

Many people ask whether talking with a therapist online can really help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent treatment amid busy schedules or changing circumstances.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access professional support.
