Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have a Master’s degree in Mental Health/ Mental Health Counseling. Which has enabled me to get my Clinical Mental Health Counselor license in the State of Utah. I have 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. In that time, I have gained a lot of experience in the areas of individual, couples, parents and family therapy. I have several areas of which I have gained expertise in such as; trauma treatment, substance abuse treatment, attachment and family dynamics, as well as grief and loss.
I believe that for any change in someone’s life they need to first have a safe place to start from. I try and create that safe place in counseling, to allow you as my client to decide what changes you want to make and how to overcome whatever obstacle their facing now. I work from a place of compassion and empathy as well as straight honesty. I believe that we are all doing the best we can in life and sometimes we just need a little help to change where we are.
In my life I have many things going on but for me what helps keep me grounded and moving forward are my desire to help others, my dog Coda and my creative spirit. I am a native Utah resident and have experience both in and out of the LDS church. I currently run a parenting group that allows me to reach many needy families and I find it very fulfilling.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for those seeking help for everyday mental health challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of communication that fits their life best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online care offers a convenient and effective path to support and growth.
