Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I appreciate the opportunity to get to know you! I have a passion for supporting and helping others and I want to let you know I honor your decision to seek help. I know this can be a scary experience but I want you to know that I will support you 100 percent. I believe the strongest people in the world are those brave enough to ask for help when they need it.
I received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2012. The previous 10 years were spent in Law Enforcement. The modalities I use most are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I utilize interventions from all schools of therapy depending on client need. Mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom techniques, deep breathing and cognitive reframing are some of the tools I use to help my clients. I have a passion for working with people to discover their own personal spiritual path. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss and first responder resiliency. Again, I would like to thank you for reviewing my profile. I look forward to working with you.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care. People dealing with these issues often find meaningful progress through virtual sessions.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit treatment into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers a practical option for receiving consistent, professional support while navigating everyday challenges and longer-term concerns.
