Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK-based integrative counsellor with professional experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and identity-based challenges. My primary focus is on individual counselling — helping people explore and understand their inner experiences, manage stress and anxiety, build self-worth, navigate life transitions, process grief and loss, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
In addition to one-to-one work, I also offer counselling for couples and psychosexual therapy. This includes supporting partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust and intimacy, and navigating differences in desire, arousal difficulties, or other intimacy-related concerns.
My approach is warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with clients to create a space where you can feel safe to reflect, process, and grow. I believe in meeting each person — and each couple — where they are, with compassion, curiosity, and cultural awareness, so that together we can begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and move toward meaningful change.
Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also an act of strength. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as part of a couple, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey.

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is the flexibility it offers. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit.
