My counseling style is approachable and interactive. I believe the counseling process is one where we both work together to help you reach your goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, care, compassion, and and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines a variety of counseling styles to include solution-focused, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. As therapy is about you and your goals/achievements, our session style, the content and the treatment plans are structured to meet your personal and unique needs.

It takes tremendous courage and strength to not only be able to identify areas in your life that you feel need improvement. To actually take the dye is toward improvement and seek help from others especially a stranger is incredibly admirable. Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person care for most people. A major benefit of receiving therapy online is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain treatment around daily responsibilities. All therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, adaptable option for addressing common mental health and relationship concerns while working with a trained clinician.
