Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I am a clinical mental health counselor who is licensed in multiple states and have 10 years of experience as a counselor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling as I believe each and every person is unique and requires their own style of counseling and learning. I have worked with individuals ranging from crisis to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, relationship issues, trauma, and family concerns. I have worked with troubled children and their families.
I truly believe that the body, mind, emotions, and spirituality are all interconnected and in order to get the best results possible, you have to examine all areas of a persons life to help balance out their needs.
My counseling style is also eclectic in that I can match the approach to the needs of my client. I believe in treating everyone with respect and strive to always do the best I can to help my clients. I see each person as an individual and understand that each person has their own perspectives and understandings of their environment, allowing me to individualize each meeting we have together.
It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to help you in anyway I can to help you through your life journey.

Many people wonder whether receiving care remotely can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect with licensed professionals in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer remote services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel a different match would be more helpful. Online therapy can therefore provide both effectiveness and flexibility for people seeking support.
