Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you are dealing with issues related to your present life, and/or working through issues from the past; relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, blocked creativity, trauma, depression, anxiety; we can work on that stuff. In 4 decades of practice I’ve seen people work through many major life challenges. I work with individuals and couples.
I’ve been a therapist since the early 1980s when I was in my early 20s. I was trained by a group of therapists who were drawing from a variety of approaches. That means I am trained to work with people using a variety of modalities, including talk therapy, creative therapy, body-centered therapy, cognitive therapy, and hypnosis. I am also trained as a Career Counselor. My tool kit is well equipped to provide each person with a unique therapeutic experience.
Human being suffer, each of us in our own ways. It’s my job to assist people in dealing with, managing, healing, coming to terms with, their suffering. Once we meet online and start working, you’ll determine the direction of your therapy so that you can benefit as much as possible from the experience. It is a courageous act to seek help. I look forward to beginning our work!

Walter “Baruch” Zeichner is a New Mexico-based therapist who has practiced since the early 1980s, bringing forty years of experience to work with individuals and couples. He began his career in his early 20s and has maintained a long-term commitment to helping people navigate major life challenges.
He assists clients with present-day difficulties as well as issues rooted in the past, including relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, blocked creativity, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, family conflicts, and a range of intimacy and eating-related concerns. He also addresses parenting challenges, anger management, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue.
Zeichner trained with a group of therapists who drew from multiple approaches, and he brings that integrative background into practice. His work draws on talk therapy, creative therapy, body-centered methods, cognitive approaches, and hypnosis. He is also trained as a career counselor, so his clinical toolkit supports tailored work that fits each person’s needs.
He believes that human beings suffer in different ways, and his role is to assist people in managing, healing, and coming to terms with that suffering. When therapy begins online, clients help steer the direction of treatment to ensure the work is as beneficial as possible. Seeking help is a courageous step, and he looks forward to beginning that work with new clients.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people facing these issues.
One clear advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their lives best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to maintain a consistent therapy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these channels, and clients may elect to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to address day-to-day concerns and to work through longer-term challenges with a trained therapist.
