Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the format that works best for them, whether that’s a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
