Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

Audra D’Eliso helps people identify barriers that limit their well-being and supports them in building more satisfying, meaningful lives. She works collaboratively to heal wounds from the past, challenge negative self-beliefs, and develop practical strategies for managing everyday stressors and complex emotional concerns.
With 13 years of experience in the mental health field, Audra brings specialized training in trauma treatment and evidence-based approaches. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Arizona and holds certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Her clinical toolkit includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Audra has experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and she has additional training in supporting veterans, public safety professionals (police, fire, and EMS), and their families. She believes there is no single correct path in therapy and tailors care to each person’s unique needs, whether the goal is coping with a current challenge or making a significant life change.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – remote therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice support its usefulness for a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in whatever format works best for them – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and different living situations.
All therapists offering remote services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to change therapists if they are seeking a different fit. Online therapy offers an adaptable option for accessing professional support when addressing common emotional and life challenges.
