Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Oklahoma with over 5 years of experience working as an adolescent and family therapist. I received my Master’s in Education, with a specialization in Community Counseling, from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. I have worked in several settings, including inpatient treatment, therapeutic foster care, and in the school system. I have worked with clients as young as 4, to adults, with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger and impulse control issues, severe neglect, abuse, and PTSD, as well as family and parenting problems.
My counseling style is empathetic, and I love to work together with my clients, meeting them where they are, but challenging them when they are ready. My approach combines Trust Based Relational Interventions, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness counseling. I will make adjustments in techniques and styles used in our sessions, as your specific needs present themselves, and as I learn further from our therapeutic relationship.
It takes courage to seek counseling and if you are here, you are already making a huge and powerful step in improving your situation and life. I believe working together, we can make strides in improving the struggles you face. I am here to support and empower you in any way I can, as I know first hand how beneficial counseling can be.
I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain regular care even when life is busy or travel is difficult.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different match is needed, you are able to switch therapists at any time. The combination of accessible formats and qualified therapists makes online care a viable option for many people seeking support.
