Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I have over 13 years experience working in the mental health field, and over 5 years working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is open minded, warm and supportive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes a lot of courage to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered remotely can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person work for most situations.

A key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their routine and comfort level, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent access to care around work, family, and daily obligations.

Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they seek a different therapeutic fit. For many people, remote sessions provide a practical, accessible path to ongoing support and progress.
