Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a Master’s level therapist, licensed as both a Professional Counselor and an Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. My years of experience and training allow me to supervise other therapists, also. I believe that we ALL are works in progress. Sometimes a person outside of our immediate environment can be the one who provides the opportunity for personal growth, and so I enjoy very much being available to others for this purpose. Stressors, anxiety, depression, addictions, and trauma are part of the human condition. A person who wants to make changes to improve life should be celebrated rather than shamed! Although my toolkit contains Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Therapy, and faith-based counseling, I prefer to always work with a client-centered approach and in whatever way is most effective for that person. I will check in each session to ensure that you are seeing progress and that the work we are doing together is helpful. It will be an honor and privilege to join you for part of your life’s journey, and I look forward to getting to know you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would be better, they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
