Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is scheduling flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit.
