Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professional, qualified member of the BACP, working in both private practice and the NHS. My training is in Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which enables me to draw on a range of psychological theories to tailor the approach to your individual needs. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression along with many other issues and concerns.
I offer a warm, caring and respectful approach and the supportive therapist/client relationship is fundamental to my work. With the difficulties and challenges life presents you, I will really listen to understand your unique experiences, offering objective support to help you explore what is happening for you so you can gain understanding and find a way forward. I believe we are impacted by our present and past experiences. Exploring these together will help you gain insights into ingrained and unique behaviours that may not be helpful to you in your current relationships and experiences. Self-awareness can empower you with choice. This helps us feel stronger and gain more self-esteem.
Once we have started working together, please feel welcome to ask me any questions you may have about your therapy as we go along. Reviewing our work regularly helps ensure you are getting the most from your therapy. I understand that starting therapy can be daunting, and taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and you have taken that first step!

Anna Bramley is a professional, qualified member of the BACP who works in both private practice and the NHS. Her training is in Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which enables her to draw on a range of psychological theories and tailor the approach to each person’s needs.
She has experience supporting people with stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, coping with grief and loss, depression and a range of other concerns. Anna offers a warm, caring and respectful approach, and she regards the supportive therapist-client relationship as central to the work.
Anna listens carefully to understand each individual’s experience and provides objective support to help explore what is happening, so clients can gain clarity and find a way forward. She works from the view that both present and past experiences shape us, and exploring these together can reveal ingrained patterns that may no longer be helpful in current relationships and situations.
Developing self-awareness can increase choice, build resilience and strengthen self-esteem. Once therapy has started, Anna welcomes questions about the process and reviews progress regularly to ensure the work remains helpful. She understands that beginning therapy can feel daunting and recognises the courage involved in taking that first step.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
Online therapy is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they feel a different match would work better. This approach can provide accessible, consistent support while maintaining the same therapeutic goals as face-to-face work.
